I approach tarot with the belief that card work is inherently therapeutic.
A tarot reading encourages flexible perspective-shifting, the ability to step back from one’s internal “stuff,” and is a good tool to clarify values. It also inspires a felt sense of commitment to behaviors that promise to bring us closer into alignment with what matters most. Each of these skills have been shown to foster psychological flexibility, which is a fundamental aspect of health.
Drawing from my background in mental health and counseling, I use tarot cards to facilitate meaningful dialogue and an exploration of both conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind, a process which requires your participation, willingness, and engagement. I do not make predictions.
Tarot sessions are one hour long and are conducted via Skype, Google Hangouts, or Facetime. If you are in the Philadelphia area, please e-mail me to book an in-person session.
