Drawing from my background in mental health and behavioral science, I use tarot cards to facilitate meaningful dialogue and an exploration of both conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind, a process which requires your participation, willingness, and engagement.
A tarot session can encourage flexible perspective-shifting, help us step back from our internal “stuff,” and assist in the clarification of values. It can also inspire a felt sense of commitment to behaviors that promise to bring us closer into alignment with what matters most to us. Each of these skills have been shown to foster psychological flexibility, which is a fundamental aspect of health.
Though I do incorporate skills and concepts from behavioral therapies into my sessions, a tarot session is not therapy. I do not make predictions.
Tarot sessions are fifty minutes long and are conducted via Skype or Google Hangouts. I am not currently offering in-person sessions. The cost per session is $140.
