3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

It’s Friday and trust me, you need these. I don’t have time to write a whole song and dance about them, and honestly, language will only get in the way of you eating these pancakes ASAP.

Just do this:

1 cup of oats

2 bananas

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

In a spice grinder or food processor, grind your oats.

Pour oats into a big bowl.

Place bananas and the almond milk into the grinder or blender, and blend them until smooth.

Pour banana/milk mixture into oats. Mix well.

Pour contents of the bowl into the grinder or blender, in batches if necessary. Blend until smooth. Remember, it’s pancake batter.

Heat a skillet on a medium flame with your choice of cooking oil.

Spoon batter onto the skillet, I’d recommend keeping them smaller in size (maybe like, 6 inches across) to minimize risk of breakage when you flip them.

Let them brown on each side, and then flip.

I suggest adding a huge blob of almond butter on top, with a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup. But do your thing.
